Every year the team of Gourmet Studio creates a new collection of spice mixes for Christmas celebrations. The recipes of these spice mixes change every year, to include the new ingredients we discover and to give a fresh perspective on classical winter flavours. This season we have added Timut pepper, cinnamon tree berries, dried black current berries and Sarawak pepper – each complimenting citrusy, warm spicy and peppery notes. Each spice mix recipe can be packed in either a tin jar or stand up pouch with Gourmet Studio or custom branding.
