This sauce is based on the powerful Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, a chili of Trinidad origin with about 1,500,000 units on the Scoville scale. It has citrus flavors, and typical capsicum chinense. For this sauce Dr. Salsa decided to mix it with roasted natural pineapple, a little apple cider vinegar, organic sea salt, lemon juice, turmeric, white pepper, mace, coriander, ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, cayenne and anise. The result is spectacular!
