A sauce with the authentic taste of Creole cuisine. Its distinction is to be considered as a barbeque sauce, but with a base of mayonnaise and not tomato sauce or ketchup. Very fragrant, thanks to horseradish and a mix of black and green peppers, which add flavor but only a touch of heat. Originally intended for grilled chicken, it is nowadays used with all slow-cooked grilled meats, from roast beef to ribs.
