This sauce is based on an old recipe from the island of Pantelleria. It is slightly spicy, because chilli peppers are added to capers, dried tomatoes and green olives and anchovies. Tastes amazing on bruschetta, focaccia, or in sandwiches with fresh tomatoes, or simply in pasta.
