Fig condiment is produced by slow-cooking figs at low heat and continues stirring. The taste is quite intensive with notes of dried prunes, cocoa, dates and raisins. Natural sweetness is complimented by fruity freshness. This condiment is excellent on salads, raw or cooked vegetables, stews, fresh water fish, cheese and desserts.
