Pariani hazelnut oil is a richly nutty dressing made from one of the world’s finest varieties of hazelnuts. This intensely flavoured nut oil is a great match for goats’ cheese, lentils and beans, and even red meat. Mix with a splash of red wine vinegar and use to dress green vegetables, too. It’s particularly good with robust flavours like kale and chicory, and also with winter vegetables like parsnips and pumpkin.
