“Sarpa” in Venetian dialect means “grape-pomace”, the raw material from which Grappa is made. In its elegant simplicity it holds the whole history and passion for distilling of the Poli family.
Sarpa Barrique is aged in 225 liters French oak barrels for 4 years.
Raw material: marc obtained from Merlot and Cabernet grapes
Aroma: exotic fruit, citron, liquorice, vanilla
