Pasta La Sfoglia can be used without previous boiling. For preparing delicious homemade lasagne, it is enough to alternate layers of La Sfoglia sheets and abundant sauce (ragout or simple tomato sauce) with mozzarella cheese, béchamel and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. You can prepare also yummy vegetarian lasagna using seasonal vegetables and cheese creams. If your prefer, you can cook La Sfoglia in advance, dipping it in abundant salted water for 1-2 minutes. Then add the sauce you like and let it cook in the oven at 200°C for a 20 minutes.
