Cut 2kg of carrots into straws, add salt (25g) and leave for 30 min. Press and pour out excess juice. Add spice blend (16g/1kg carrots) and stir. Separately prepare 100g oil and 2 tbs. vinegar, mix, boil and add to carrots. Mix thoroughly and chill for 2.5 hours. Enjoy the Korean carrots!
