Grape varieties: 60% Xarel·lo, 20% Macabeu, 20% Parellada.
Aged for more than 18 months in 13 meters underground cellar under constant temperature of 16C.
Aromas present on the one hand a lot of white fruit like apples and pears with hints of citrus and on the other hand pastry notes, freshly made brioche and perfectly assembled toasted notes. A very fresh cava, with moderate acidity and great balance. Dangerously easy to drink.
