The Giusti White condiment is obtained from the sweet juice of Trebbiano grapes which is combined with high quality white wine vinegars and then aged in French oak and ash wooden barrels. The result is a very pleasant condiment, fresh, well balanced, with a low acidity and characterized by fruity notes. Recommended with salads, vegetables, fish and fruits.
