The iconic biscuit belonging to Tuscany's traditional pastry is revisited by replacing almonds-which are normally used in the classic version of cantucci-with two of the most appreciated dried fruits in Italy: pistachios and nuts. As a result, these cantucci cookies feature a full, round flavour provided by chunks of dried fruit. Excellent with green tea or in combination with the traditional Vin Santo (dessert wine) or aged grappa.
