Peperoncino is a unique product of the Calabria region, and is considered the hottest chili peppers in Italy. It has a very complex deep flavour and is one of the stables of South Italian cuisine! This condiment is made from Calabrian chilli peppers preserved in oil. Use as a spicy bruschetta topping, or to spice up pizza or pasta or simply as condiment with meat or fish or in a sandwich.
