Sriracha chilli sauce is often paired with seafood dishes, and is also delicious in a pork bahn mi or with Chinese steamed buns. By mixing this sauce with a little mayonnaise you can serve it with crab, prawns or seafood. Also try adding a bit of Sriracha sauce to stir fries, or meat marinades – or even in a bloody Mary, for a fiery little pick-me-up!
